Strategic Planning and Visioning

Another of our areas of specialty is strategic planning and visioning.  We've made a commitment to nurturing visionary and strategic leadership, and want to work with organizations and individuals who embrace change, visionary planning and ‘grass-roots’ community development.  From our Ontario office, we've completed close to forty strategic plans, service strategies and visioning projects.  Our interest has mainly been with non-profit organizations and communities.

The RETHINK GROUP provides a range of strategic planning services from creating a long-term vision and strategic first steps for your organization, service or municipality to the preparation of a fully developed strategic plan.
