Strategic Planning and Visioning

Another of our areas of specialty is strategic planning and visioning.  We have made a commitment to nurturing visionary and strategic leadership, and want to work with organizations and individuals who embrace change, visionary planning and ‘grass-roots’ community development.  From our Ontario office, we have completed close to forty strategic plans, service strategies and visioning projects.  Our interest has mainly been with organizations and communities.

The RETHINK GROUP provides a range of strategic planning services from creating a long-term vision and strategic first steps for your organization, service or municipality to the preparation of a fully developed strategic plan.
